To ensure a meaningful and effective educational experience, we request all parents to follow the guidelines below:

Promote Regularity and Punctuality
  • Ensure that your child attends school regularly and arrives on time every day.
  • Avoid unnecessary absences; plan vacations and appointments outside of school hours.
  • Notify the school in advance for any long absences and submit appropriate leave letters.
Monitor Academic Progress
  • Check your child’s school diary daily for homework, teacher remarks, and announcements.
  • Encourage your child to complete homework and prepare lessons on time.
  • Review test papers and progress reports and offer support where needed.
Engage in Communication
  • Attend all parent-teacher meetings and open houses to discuss your child’s academic and behavioral performance.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with teachers and the school management.
  • Promptly respond to school notices, circulars, and invitations.
Support Moral and Discipline Policies
  • Reinforce the school’s values of discipline, respect, and honesty at home.
  • Encourage your child to follow school rules and maintain good conduct.
  • Avoid criticizing teachers or school authorities in front of children; instead, communicate directly with the school for any concerns.
Maintain Updated Records

Fee Payment
  • Pay all school fees, including tuition and transport fees, on or before the due date to avoid penalties or disruption in your child’s attendance.
